The import of financial planning cannot be overemphasized. If a professional can map out his/her finances and stay true to it, it will help to prevent the destabilization that comes with financial difficulties. It will also allow him/her to beable to afford the continous education that is necessary for his career.
The results of not planning properly is obvious - unneeded stress which may impact negatively on everyday relationships, family life and health.
I would include essential self-developing short courses in my budgetting or professional conferences that will propel my career forward.
